Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

- Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date it was received.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or order information must be included with the item.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is defective, Katziela will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days.
- The credit may take longer to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
