Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Katziela.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date it was received.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. There will be an option to purchase the return shipping label for a discounted price controlled by Redo.
• If the item is defective, Katziela will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Please reach out to info@katziela.com 
• Katziela will not refund any shipping charges such as expedited shipping or insurance charges.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days.
• The credit may take longer to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Note: We DO NOT offer shipping outside of the US. In the exceptional case, we do provide it, WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUTY TAX.
