Is this pet carrier airline-compliant?

Will my pet fit into your quilted carrier?
You’ll need to check your pet’s measurements and weight to make sure they fit into our carrier. We have three sizes to accommodate most fur babies, with the largest size holding pets up to 20 pounds.
Bought this for a 2021 trip and that was the only time it was used because it ripped on the side. Quality not good for the price.
Was so excited to use this as I did research before getting and this brand had good reviews. Looks sharp but top mesh seam busted about ten inches on first flight, first time using it. Had to hold my dog in the carrier for about two hours of flight. My return frame was until September 8th and I'm stuck with something I'll have to throw away.
It was a little small, but I got it to work
My dog was very comfortable sleeping on the piece of memory foam in the inside. For me it has enough zippers and handles to make sure my dog is safe and it’s easy to carry. Its sturdy enough that I don’t have to worry that something might happen to it.
I borrowed my neighbors and loved it - unfortunately the model number they had was out of stock, so I ordered the next price point down to get it faster on Prime. While this one is definitely nice, the other one was sturdier and had wheels and a handle similar to luggage. I wish I would have waited/spent the extra money for the other one, but this one is still pretty fancy so he’s still riding in style.
