Great quality fantastic for keeping puppies safe but social before vaccinations are complete

The carrier is very sturdy and easy to assemble. There is plenty of room in it for my fur baby. I would recommend this pet carrier.
Ordered for a family Frenchie. The case itself fit perfectly under the airline seat in front. If the person next to you is with your party you can even expand the suitcase to give your puppy more space to lay down under the seats. We were able to see her through the mesh on the sides without having to open the zipper. It was a nice touch because the flight attendants on our flight preferred we didn't open the zipper on the flight. Removable wheels were tricky so we made sure to take them off at the gate right before loading her into the carrier and carried her on inside it.

I highly recommend this carrier. I traveled for the 1st time from ORD - SFO with my 20 lb. pug and it was PERFECT. Charlie did so well the entire flight. And, get this...the carrier got a tear near the zippered top due to Charlie scratching it initially and the plastic sewn in piece punctured the nylon. I contacted customer service, with photos, and within MINUTES, they responded & are shipping me a NEW ONE! This level of customer service is beyond exceptional especially in today's times. I'm 100% so satisfied with Katziela, their products and their customer service!! Signed....customer for life!!
Excellent product. My Shiba Inu walked right in on her own without any hesitation. Most other carriers I had to force her to get in to. It's the large size and open sides that makes it less threatening to her.
