Luxury Rider Pet Carrier with Removable Wheels and Telescopic Handle

I have purchased 2 of these and the zipper is broken on both of them. NOT broken by the pups.It is happening on the corners where the zipper needs to make the turn upwards or downwords. Both are mini Dachunds and they love these carriers to sleep in.

My daughter bought this as a gift, so that I could fly with my dog. Had it for a while and finally flew up for my grandson’s fifth birthday. I loved the way the carrier worked going through the airport and boarding the plane. However, as soon as the engine started, my dog began to paw at the sides…and the zipper gave way almost immediately. Were it not for an amiable seatmate and kind stewardesses, who allowed me to hold my pooch, I would have spent the entire flight leaning over trying to keep my dog in the carrier, which was not going to work. The zipper just popped open. Interestingly, the zipper still works, can zip and unzip…it just cannot stay zipped if pushed at.
Is there any solution for this? Thank you for listening,

Was too big for under the seat on plane.

I absolutely love the item, but it will not fit under the seat of the airplane and that’s the only reason why I needed it. I wish it would and I wish it came smaller because it would’ve worked. Had it been three or 4 inches narrower. They do not answer the phone when you call by the way.

Large enough for my huge orange cat!

Size, wheels and general sturdinesscare strong. The zippers are a bit temperamental.

Love this carrier❤️! It’s the perfect carrier, collapsible and lightweight. Has an updated wheel attachment,(I had an older model…it’s my second one)! The new wheel attachment is so much nicer! This company knows what pet owners are looking for! Well done👏🏻

It is not suitable for airline travel. Will not fit under a seat. I could not use this item on my trip.

I saw their Pet Carriers with wheels at the Northwest Doodle Breeder Gathering! As soon as I got home I ordered a travel carrier for my puppies and had them put my name on the side of the bag! Its perfect! Wonderful product!

It was very easy to assemble but I haven't actually had my cat in there yet.

The pet carrier is nice and sturdy, and I love the removable wheels. My dog has not yet adjusted to being in it, but that will take some time. The product itself is nicely made.

My dog seemed much more relaxed in this carrier compared to others we’ve tried.

We love this pet carrier & so does our pup! Easy to use & operates beautifully, fits under airline seats without any problem. Had an issue with the first carrier that we received, contacted Customer Service and they handled it immediately so that travel plans were not impacted.

Haven’t used it yet but it is already better then my previous one

The best pet carrier with wheels I could find. I've bought two luxury riders pro carriers and they've been excellent. I've traveled with two dogs, domestic and international with these carriers and they are durable and work very well with the collapsible top to fit under airline seats. The removable wheelbase system works very nicely hand makes transferring through the airport easy.

Absolutely perfect! We have a cat that travels with us on our boat, and he needs to be transported from car to marina. This is a perfect size, rolls smoothly and was a nano second assembly to pop the wheels on! This is too big for an airplane, but absolutely perfect for what we need!

The Rolls Royce of travel carriers! In the past 15 years our dear Carlos has more frequent flyer miles than most humans. I had searched HIGH and LOW and purchased many “adequate” travel carriers over the years and they all had benefits - but SHAZAM !!! THIS THING IS SMOOTH LIKE BUTTER. It rides and steers like a dream and Carlos and I couldn’t be more pleased. The agents at the check in desk always “think” that it is too large for under the seat but all you need to do is simply show them that the top edges will squash down to accommodate being under the seat. I used to Velcro the carrier to the base every time but the weight of the carrier and the 16lb dog are adequate to keep the carrier on the wheeled base without attaching it every time. This saves time when others are trying to pass you in the aisle as you are boarding and deplaning. Excellent product, very well made and excellent customer service. If I could give 10 stars….I would ! I’ve told 100’s of fellow travelers all over the country. Thank you for making such a great, useful product.

United Airlines will not allow this size carrier in plane. Must be 18x11 max…
I had to drive from Austin to Chicago in a rental car when they wouldn’t allow the dog in the flight.

Went through a couple carriers that were way too small and not very sturdy. This was the 4th try! My doodle is 19lbs and has Longer legs, she fits well curled up and can poke her head through the side when pushing her or under the plane seat. I was worried about the large size but southwest had no issue with it! The top as seen in photo under the plane seat does not quite fit under the seat, we put our jackets over it for takeoff so the attendants wouldn’t notice. But it is surely hard to fit under the seat, you would have to really push it in which is hard to do around others. But I’m sure you could if you tried.Overall the quality was good and it was super convenient to be able to push her around through security and to the gate.4 stars because besides SW I’m not sure what other airlines would say even though it does collapse if pushed on the top.

Much easier for travel, a plus that the wheels and handles come off , better fit for under the seat.
