This is my second one for my miniature poodle. Somehow one of the handles just came apart from the carrier. I am not sure what exactly happened because I do not pick it up by the handles only roll it by the handles so I had to buy a second one. She loves it. She stays in it whenever we’re going somewhereand eats and sleeps in it in if we are in a restaurant it. and I use it for a car seat and I roll her wherever we’re going for the day.
I have to admit I see that it is supposed to be comparable to use on an airplane, but it just seems like it’s too large to fit under any airplane seats that I’ve been on. Someone will have to advise me how that is supposed to work.
I love this pet travel bag so much! It made traveling with my Julia so much easier.
I wanted this to work so bad! My 7 month old French Bulldog is just a little too Medium-Husky for this carrier. Super smooth ride, strong zippers, durable mesh… I would only replace the backpack strap clips with carabiners as they seem a little flimsy. Also, tag on carrier says 10 lbs max, but I think 20lbs, if they’re not too tall.I know he’s out of regs, but the dogs that have X’s pictured are much bigger than him, so I thought it could work.My dog is 24lbs, 18” tall 21” lengthOverall nice product!
This thing is made of really weak material and can barely hold anything heavier than 10 pounds. Plus, there's no strap for carrying it for supporting back. Don't waste your money. I won't even pay 30 dollars for this carries. Maybe it will be suitable for dog 5 pound and less. LOL
Princess loves it
These work underseat on Southwest. And the attendant actually said we could put both dogs in one bag, they weigh 13lbs together. One is 5lb the other 6lbs. But I wanted them to be extra comfortable for the nearly 4 hour flight so we paid the 125$ for each. The wheels pop on quick. I read someone’s review that said if it won’t clamp in then twist it around a little (basically try a different angle) that really works! These have little snaps so you can buckle in the individual zippers so no one can escape, this is brilliant! It’s true that the wheel brace comes off easily. I’d definitely take it off before you go down the ramp though. My dogs sometimes get into their bags on their own accord and take naps in them. You get three nice sized pockets. Im able to fit leashes, treats, wipes and harnesses. I like that you can lay it down so they can nap, my dogs are so small they can nap either way. There is lots of ventilation.Only thing I wish was different is I prefer mesh that is darker or more camouflaged. Everyone can tell you have a dog and they make comments or try to talk to your dog. One of my dogs doesn’t care for people talking to them and I personally don’t want people knowing I have a dog with me. It’s a conversation starter and I dislike small talk. When my carriers don’t scream “I have a dog” I’ve gone many many flights without the person next to me knowing I have a dog and they are utterly surprised if I reveal it and that’s how I like to travel, more incognito mesh pls. I’d totally purchase those. And the huge logo patch could go. I’d prefer to put my dogs name there. The brands name is a bit long and not necessarily catchy. I’d pay extra to have my dogs name embroidered in that spot. And maybe wouldn’t mind if the brand name was on the arm straps instead.
I purchased this in January for a trip in May. Your ad said it was air plane compliant. I am flying United. Their carriers are supposed to be 18” x 11” x11”. This carrier is too large for what I purchased it for. I have not used it and I still have the box it came in. Would you possibly consider allowing me to return it for a refund?
Exactly as advertised, dog can sit while in the gate area then lay down with big visual access under the seat. My 16 pound cavalier flies several times a year and this carrier makes it easier for both of us! Wonderful wonderful!
Great carrier. Easy to assemble (5 minutes max). It’s great quality and fit my dog perfectly. I have a tall 12 lb chihuahuas and he was very comfortable in it. I love that it has large mesh sides so he gets lots of air flow.
Product is OK, but for the price it should be A LOT better quality. It looks and feels kinda cheap
Does the job.
Gray/green carrier. Box says 15lbs, so description on item page is wrong. 16 lbs cat in it, too short for him to sit upright in it. handle didnt seem sturdy when walking beside it Rolling. Cat didnt care for it.
I have not taken her on an airplane, I am not sure how it fits under the seat.
My pup feels comfortable in this. Will be perfect when we are flying to 3 different states later this fall
We ended up returning this carrier. I loved the idea of the back pack carrier, however try as he did, my Buster couldn’t make it look comfortable enough to keep. When it was laying down, like it would under an sip plane seat, he would have been fine. He could curl up and be comfy. But Buster is a 20lb. JRT/Corgi mix. He has 5” legs and a long body. Even sitting straight up was difficult for him in this carrier. I think with the right size dog it would be great.

I purchased 2 of them,I have two little Yorkies and we flew home. They were in the crates for 5 1/2 hours and they were very comfortable in them. I was very worried how they would work out, but no worries at all. They had plenty of room, they could see out which kept them calm. We wheeled them on the plane and I had to slip the wheel platform off and store separately in the overhead space and the carriers slid under the seat in front of us just fine. The dogs relaxed and went to sleep on the soft padding inside. I would highly recommend these carriers!
This carrier rolls along just great and my cat has had about ten airplane trips with it. She seems to like the rolling sensation going through airports. I started off taking it off the roller base before getting in the jetway and using the backpack feature to get on and off the plane but then started just keeping the wheel base attached and it works just fine and saves a lot of hassle. I just gently lay it on its back when I get to my seat and slide it under the seat in front of me and my cat seems perfectly fine with it. I get a lot of comments on it.

All these pet carriers are focused around the size of the aircraft space. I had to return this because NO WHERE DID IT GO INTO THE WEIGHT OF MY DOG. It gave animals dimensions of the dog which is totally different. A dog with long legs and a trim body weighs the same as a small golden retriever however their cubic SF. is massively different !!!I had to return 3 DAMN carrier’s before I found the proper one .
We flew Allegiant and had no problems with our 11.5# Pomeranian. He didn't have a ton of room but it was enough. It rolled super well and it was really handy to be able to carry him backpack style onto and off of the plane. The only part that was not handy was I couldn't figure out what to do with the shoulder backpack straps. They fell out the bottom of the slot that the telescoping handle goes thru. I ended up just holding them on top of the carrier so I didn't roll over them.

It fits easier under the seats.
I am totally pleased! We tried it out on a three hour flight. It fit the requirement when placed in the measurement box at the airport. I did find that in the smaller regional plane you need to pull the cushion out when you lay it sideways under front seat because it hampered the soft-side to squeeze in easier. it seems the width was exact size as opening... taking the cushion out helped a lot . On the second leg of the trip it fit perfect under the seat ahead of us larger plane. LOVED wheels in airport… Well worth price.

Looking for a combo carrier and roller for a heavy little pet. Returned it. Didn't actually it. Too complicated and didn't need the backpack feature. Lots of extra straps. Didn't like the idea of flopping the cat on his side to stuff under the seat on the webbing and wasn't sure it would even fit under the seat. Went back to the Sherpa soft pet carrier and a separate roller cart.
Box came pretty tattered but product inside was ok. Bag was great, strong, wheels moved very smoothly, all clips smartly placed and covered. I have two 7-8 lb dogs and although they did both fit, with the angle of the backpack, just too hard for them to move around comfortably. The duffle with wheels would have been a better choice but I already have a similar bag, was really looking for a backpack. Perfect for one dog
I have a small Shih Tzu and his Head was Crammed against the netting at the top when he jumped in and I tried to zip it up. He wouldn’t even have been able to turn his head. I would have gotten arrested at the airport for Pet Abuse! I promptly sent it back. The Angle at the Top is a problem. It cuts off a lot of head space when they are upright….
